New windows builds fixing bugs with non-resizable windows

When not run from a terminal, the app window would always be too small making the game unplayable. This update fixes the bug by allowing you to resize the window.

The update also fixes a bug with the console not supporting non-bmp characters (like 🌓ꯠ🔴～🔶⩤🔷⩥🞜🔴🔶⩤🔷⩥⦔🞜⋈🔶🔶🔵🔶ꚩ⩤🔶⩥🔵) which were used in the inventory and song-composition window. The fix works by displaying different (although not as nice) characters on Windows. To have the nice characters, use the old version in the Windows Terminal App.
